With over 35 years of experience, he has held senior management positions in national and international organizations. He has successfully completed the digital transformation of organizations in a wide variety of sectors, from retail (Lyreco) to telecommunications (PSINet, Bell, Cogeco), from aeronautics (CAE) to media (Astral), internet technologies (Inter.net) to public administration (City of Montreal).
Among his achievements, he led the Montréal, Smart City project, which was awarded the ICF Smart Community of the Year award in 2016. Today he heads the consulting services company FFWDigitial, specializing in the digital transformation of organizations looking to optimize the efficiency of their operations or accelerate their growth.
